SYNOPSIS

A ridge of high pressure over the Adriatic is expected to weaken and a new trough to approach from the northwest.

In the North Adriatic SW winds 5-15 knots. Elsewhere NE winds 15-30, turning to NW 4-12, in the South Adriatic up to 20 knots. Sea in the North Adriatic 2-3, elsewhere 3-4, in the South Adriatic possibly up to 5 at first. Visibility 10-20 km. Fine or fair.
