SYNOPSIS

A deep trough with frontal system is approaching the Adriatic from the west, while a new low is expected to generate in the Gulf of Genoa.

SE winds strengthening to 12-24, in the North and Central Adriatic in the afternoon and toward the end of the day to 16-32 knots. Sea increasing to 3-4, in the North and Central Adriatic in the afternoon and toward the end of the day to 4-5. Visibility 10-20 km. Fair or mainly cloudy with rain and with a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder in the North Adriatic, mainly during the night.
