SYNOPSIS

A field of raised air pressure lies over the Adriatic, while a shallow low over the Tyrrhenian Sea still keeps an unsettled weather.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Mainly SE and E winds 5-15 knots. During the night in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic SE winds gradually strengthening to 10-20 knots. Sea 1-2, in the Central and South Adriatic 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder, mainly toward the open sea of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic.

Mainly light to moderate SE and E winds, in places of the South Adriatic up to strong SE. Sea smooth or slight, in the extreme south of the Adriatic up to moderate. Variably cloudy with scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder, mainly toward the open sea of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic.
