IN THE NORTH AND IN A PART OF THE CENTRAL, DURING THE DAY IN THE REST OF THE CENTRAL, AND DURING THE NIGHT IN THE SOUTH ADRIATIC, LOCAL GUSTS OF NE WINDS 35-55, IN THE VELEBIT CHANNEL UP TO 80 KNOTS, EASING IN THE NORTH ADRIATIC TOWARD MORNING. SEA LOCALLY IN THE OPEN UP TO 5, IN THE OPEN OF THE NORTH ADRIATIC POSSIBLY UP TO 6. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS.

A low with cold front is shifting across the Adriatic southeastwards.

In the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic SE and SW winds 14-28 knots. In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic NE winds 14-28, in the Velebit Channel up to 40 knots, spreading during the day to the rest of the Central Adriatic. Sea 3-4, increasing in the open of the North and Central Adriatic to 4-5, in the open of the North Adriatic possibly up to 6. Visibility 5-15 km. Mainly cloudy with scattered rain and isolated rain showers with thunder in the North and Central Adriatic. Air temperatures significantly lower.

Moderate to near gale force NE winds spreading gradually to the South Adriatic and gradually easing in the North Adriatic during the night and in the morning. Sea slight and moderate, in the open of the Central and South Adriatic up to rough. Overcast with rain, showers and thunder, but clearing is expected in the North, in the morning in a part of the Central Adriatic as well.
