SYNOPSIS
A low over the Gulf of Genoa is expected to shift gradually eastwards.

SE winds gradually turning to S and SW 12-22, in the Central Adriatic up to 30, in the South up to 40, easing in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic and turning later on to NE and NW, strengthening late in the day to 12-24, and in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic SE and SW winds easing to 14-28 knots. Sea 4-5, locally at first up to 6, calming in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic to 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder.

In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic moderate to strong NE and NW, elsewhere moderate to near gale force S and SW winds easing and turning in the greater part of the region to moderate to fresh NW. Sea slight and moderate, in the south of the Adriatic up to rough at first.
