GUSTS OF SE and S WINDS 35-45, IN THE SOUTH ADRIATIC FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT UP TO 55 KNOTS. IN THE SOUTH ADRIATIC FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND LOCALLY IN THE CENTRAL TOMORROW DURING THE DAY, SEA 4-5. A RISK OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS, MAINLY DURING THE NIGHT AND TOMORROW.
SYNOPSIS
A trough with frontal system is approaching the Adriatic from the northwest.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
SE and S winds 14-28, strengthening in the South Adriatic from the middle of the night up to 34 knots, mainly toward the open sea. Sea increasing to 3-4, in the South Adriatic from the middle of the night to 4-5. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly during the night.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
Strong, in places up to near gale force, in the South Adriatic up to gale force, SE winds, easing a little in the North Adriatic, but strengthening again tomorrow morning. Sea slight and moderate, in the South, in the morning in the Central Adriatic as well, possibly up to rough. Mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder.
