In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic NE and NW winds 16-32 in the Velebit Channel up to 38 knots, easing gradually during the night. In the rest of the Adriatic SE and SW winds 16-34, in places up to 40, turning late in the day and during the night to NW 12-24, in places briefly up to 28 knots. Sea 4-5, in the open of the South Adriatic possibly up to 6. Visibility 10-20 km. Mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers with thunder, and along the coast of the North Adriatic with a risk of sleet and snow.WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
Strong and near gale force NW, in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic NE winds will gradually ease to light to fresh. Sea moderate and rough, calming toward midday. Partial clearing is expected in the North Adriatic around midday.
