SEA LOCALLY IN THE OPEN OF THE NORTH ADRIATIC IN THE EVENING AND DURING THE NIGHT UP TO 5. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS.

SYNOPSIS

A low over the Central Mediterranean is deepening and it is extending a trough with frontal system toward the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

In the North Adriatic NE winds 10-20, strengthening rapidly to 15-25, in the Velebit Channel up to 30, in the evening up to 35 knots. In the Central and South Adriatic E and SE winds 5-15, increasing to 10-20, and turning gradually in the Central Adriatic in the afternoon to NE and E 15-25 knots. Sea 2-3, increasing to 3-4, in the open of the North Adriatic in the evening 4-5. Visibility 10-20, in the North Adriatic 5-15 km. Overcast with rain in places and with a risk of isolated rain showers with thunder.
