IN THE NORTH AND IN A PART OF THE CENTRAL ADRIATIC LOCAL GUSTS OF NE, LATE IN THE DAY OF NW, IN THE SOUTH ADRIATIC OF SE and SW WINDS, 35-45, IN THE VELEBIT CHANNEL OF NE UP TO 55 KNOTS, EASING TOMORROW MORNING. LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS.

Low of 995 hPa lies over the central Mediterranean and it is still deepening.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic NE winds 12-24, in the Velebit Channel up to 30 knots, easing tomorrow morning. Elsewhere SE, turning late in the day to SW winds 12-24 knots. Sea 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Mainly cloudy with rain, brief isolated rain showers with thunder. No significant chante in air temperatures.

Variably or mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers with thunder. In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic moderate, in the Velebit Channel up to strong NE, and toward the open of the northern part of the Central Adriatic up to fresh NW winds, easing tomorrow morning. Elsewhere moderate to strong SE and SW winds. Sea slight and moderate, calming gradully tomorrow morning.
