A low with frontal system is shifting from the Adriatic eastwards, while a ridge of high pressure is intensifying from the southwest.WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
NW winds, in the North Adriatic 6-16, in the Central 10-20, in the open sea up to 26, and in the South Adriatic 12-24, in the open sea up to 32 knots, easing in the North Adriatic during the forenoon, in the Central in the afternoon and in the South Adriatic in the evening, then dying away. Sea 2-3, in the Central and South Adriatic 3-4, and in the open of the South Adriatic up to 5, gradually calming in the second part of the day. Visibility 10-20 km.
