SEA IN THE SOUTH AND IN THE OPEN OF THE REST OF THE ADRIATIC UP TO 5. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS, PARTICULARLY IN THE SOUTH AND IN A PART OF THE CENTRAL ADRIATIC DURING THE NIGHT.

The low centered over the Ionian Sea is deepening and it is shifting toward the South Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NE winds 15-25, in the South Adriatic up to 35, and in the Velebit Channel up to 40 knots. In the South Adriatic in the evening and during the night NE winds will turn to SE and SW 15-35 knots and ease tomorrow. Sea 3-4, in the South and in the open of the rest of the Adriatic 4-5. Visibility 20 km. In the North Adriatic fine or fair, in the Central and South variably and mainly cloudy with scattered rain and with a risk of isolated rain showers with thunder, in places along the coast with snow, particularly in the evening and during the night.

Moderate to near gale force NE, in places of the South Adriatic SE and SW winds. Sea slight and moderate, in the South and in the open of the rest of the Adriatic up to rough, calming gradually during the day. Overcast and cold, with rain in places, along the coast even with snow. Partial clearing is expected in the North Adriatic.
