In the Velebit Channel NE winds 10-20 knots, easing in the afternoon. Elsewhere NW, along the coast SW winds, 6-12 knots. Sea 1-2, in the Velebit Channel and in the Bay of Kvarner up to 3, calming gradually in the afternoon. Visibility 15-25 km. Mostly clear. No significant change in air temperatures.
