The field of a little lowered air pressure lies over the Adriatic, while a weakened front is approaching from the west.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Mainly SE winds 4-10, in places up to 14, strengthening in the North Adriatic during the night to 8-18 knots and turning to SW. Sea 1-2, increasing to 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places reduced to around 4 km due to mist. Mostly clear, but in places variably cloudy with a little risk of isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly in the North Adriatic during the night.

Light to moderate SE, turning in a part of the Central Adriatic as well during the forenoon to briefly fresh SW and NW winds. In the North Adriatic moderate and fresh SW winds. Sea smooth or slight. In places variably cloudy with a risk of isolated rain showers with thunder, mainly in the North Adriatic.
