SYNOPSIS
The field of a little lowered air pressure lies over the Adriatic, while a weakened cold front is approaching from the west and shifting mainly across the northern part.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
SE winds 4-14, turning gradually to NW 8-18 knots, except along the coast of the southern part. In the North Adriatic SW winds 6-16, in places up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places reduced to around 4 km due to mist. Partly clear and warm. In places variably cloudy with a risk of rain and thunder, particularly in the North Adriatic.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
Light to moderate NW and SW, only along the coast of the South and of part of the Central Adriatic SE winds. Sea smooth or slight. Mist here and there. In places variably cloudy with a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder.
