A RISK OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ALONG THE COAST IN THE AFTERNOON. IN THE VELEBIT CHANNEL DURING THE NIGHT AND TOMORROW MORNING LOCAL GUSTS OF NE WINDS 35-40 KNOTS.
SYNOPSIS
The field of a little raised air pressure lies over the Adriatic, while some moist and unstable air is still circulating in high levels.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
NW and W winds 4-14, toward the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic up to 18 knots. Along the coast in the evening NE winds 6-14, in the Velebit Channel 12-22 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility mainly above 20 km. Mostly clear and warm. Along the coast variably cloudy with a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder.
