The ridge of high pressure from the northwest has intensified briefly toward the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW winds 6-12, toward the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic in the afternoon up to 16 knots. Sea 1-2, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic 2-3. Visibility 15-25 km. Mostly clear, but along the coast in the afternoon passing moderate cloudiness. Very warm and hot.

Mostly clear, but in the North Adriatic variably cloudy with scattered rain or isolated rain showers and thunder. Toward the open sea light NW, and along the coast almost calm or light NE winds. Sea calm or smooth.
