LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS, MAINLY IN THE NORTH ADRIATIC.
SYNOPSIS
The ridge of high pressure over the Adriatic is gradually weakening, while some moist air is inflowing in the high levels.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
NW and W winds 4-12, in the South and Central Adriatic around midday and in the afternoon up to 16 knots, and this morning along the coast calm or NE winds 4-12 knots. Sea 1-2, in the South and Central Adriatic in the afternoon 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places possibly reduced to around 4 km due to mist. In places variably cloudy with a risk of scattered rain or isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly in the North Adriatic.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
Light, only in places up to moderate NW, and along the coast during the night calm or light NE winds. Sea smooth, in the southern part at first still up to slight. Mostly clear, but in the North Adriatic variably cloudy with a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder.
