SYNOPSIS

The ridge of high pressure is slowly intensifying toward the Adriatic from the west, while a shallow high level trough still lies more to the east.

NW, along the coast this morning NE winds, 4-14, in the South and Central Adriatic 8-18, in places in the afternoon up to 24 knots. Sea 2-3, in the open of the South and Central Adriatic 3-4. Visibility above 20 km. Sunny and a little warmer.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Light to moderate, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic up to fresh NW, and along the coast NE winds. Sea smooth or slight, in the open of the southern part up to moderate. Mostly clear.
