A VERY LITTLE RISK OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS, MAINLY ALONG THE COAST IN THE AFTERNOON. IN THE VELEBIT CHANNEL AND ALONG THE COAST OF THE NORTHERN PART OF THE CENTRAL ADRIATIC DURING THE NIGHT A LITTLE RISK OF GUSTS OF NE WINDS 35-40 KNOTS.
SYNOPSIS
The ridge of high pressure lies over the Adriatic, while some moist and unstable air is circulating in high levels.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
NW, along the coast in the afternoon SW winds, 6-16, in the South and Central Adriatic up to 20 knots. Along the coast during the night NE winds 6-16, in the Velebit Channel and in the northern part of the Central Adriatic possibly up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear, but still with a very little risk of isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly along the coast in the afternoon.

Along the coast during the night and in the morning light to moderate, in the Velebit Channel and in the northern part of the Central Adriatic possibly up to fresh NE winds. Sea smooth or slight.
