NW, along the coast SW winds, 4-12 knots, easing and dying away toward the end of the day and during the night. In the Velebit Channel at first still NE winds 6-16 knots. Sea 1-2. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear but along the coast in the afternoon with moderate passing cloud increase.
