The field of high pressure will gradually weaken, while a new low is expected to generate over the Ligurian Sea tomorrow.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

In the North Adriatic NE winds 4-14, in the Velebit Channel up to 22, easing during the night to 4-14 knots. In the rest of the Adriatic NW winds 5-15, in the south of the Adriatic up to 20, easing to 4-10, in the south of the Adriatic up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3, in the extreme south of the Adriatic and in the Velebit Channel possibly up to 4. Visibility 20 km. Mostly clear.

Gradual cloud increase with scattered rain in the North Adriatic. Light NE and NW winds turning to SE, which will strengthen toward midday to moderate and fresh. Sea mainly smooth, only locally up to slight.
