The ridge of high pressure from the European land has weakened a little, while a shallow field of low pressure lies over the western Mediterranean.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

E and SE, along the coast of the North Adriatic NE and E winds, 4-14, in the open sea SE 8-18 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places possibly reduced to around 5 km due to mist. Variably cloudy, mainly in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic, with a little rain in places and with a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder.
