SYNOPSIS

The cold front is shifting from the Adriatic further eastwards, while a field of low pressure over the Mediterranean is slowly deepening.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic NE winds easing and turning to SE 4-14, in the open sea up to 18, while in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic NE winds will remain in the morning, reaching 12-22, in places at first up to 26, turning around midday to NW winds 6-16, in the extreme south briefly up to 20, and toward the end of the day to SE 4-12 knots. Sea 2-3, in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic during the forenoon 3-4. Visibility above 20 km. Mostly clear.

Light to moderate, in the open of the North and of a part of the Central Adriatic up to fresh SE winds. Sea smooth or slight. Mostly clear. In the North Adriatic in the second part of the night cloud increase with a risk of light scattered rain.
