SYNOPSIS

The trough of the Mediterranean high is slowly filling up over the Adriatic, and the frontal disturbance is shifting across the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE, in the extreme north of the Adriatic NE winds, 6-16, in the Central and in a part of the North Adriatic SE up to 24 knots. Sea 2-3, toward the open of the Central and North Adriatic 3-4. Visibility 10-20, in places possibly around 4 km due to mist. Fair or mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly in the North and Central Adriatic.

Light to moderate SE, in places along the coast E winds, and toward the open of the Central and of a part of the North Adriatic SE up to fresh.
