SYNOPSIS
The ridge of high pressure from eastern Europe lies over the Adriatic.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
Calm or variable winds, in the afternoon NW, 4-12 knots. Sea 1-2. Visibility 5-15 km due to mist, in places possibly even less than 1 km due to fog, mainly this morning. Fine or fair, in the North Adriatic variably cloudy with a risk of a little rain, mainly in the wider area of Rijeka.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
Light to moderate NE and NW, in the open sea of the Central and South Adriatic NW winds up to fresh in places, and in the Velebit Channel in the second part of the night up to fresh NE winds. Sea smooth, then in the open and in the Velebit Channel up to slight. Mist in places. Fine or fair.
