In the North and in a smaller part of the Central Adriatic NE wind diminishing to 8-18, in the Velebit Channel up to 24, still in the afternoon at times up to 28 knots, in the open sea turning to NW wind. In the South and in a larger part of the Central Adriatic SE and SW winds 10-20, only at times up to 24, in the South Adriatic up to 34 knots, gradually diminishing and in the evening turning to NW wind 12-26 in the open while along the coast largely to NE wind 4-14 knots. Sea 2-3, in the open and in the Velebit Channel 3-4 while in the South Adriatic 4-5. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with rain, showers and thunder.WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
In the open sea moderate to strong NW wind while along the coast light to moderate NE wind, in northern part locally reinforced, at the foot of Velebit also strong, diminishing towards midday.
