NE winds 15-30, in the southern part up to 35, and in the Velebit Channel up to 38, easing gradually toward the end of the day to 12-22, only in the Velebit Channel and in the extreme south still up to 28 knots. Sea 3-4, locally in the open in the first part of the day still up to 5. Visibility 20 km. Mostly clear.
