SYNOPSIS
The ridge of high pressure from the northeast has weakened a little, while the shallow low lies over the central Mediterranean.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
In the Central and South Adriatic mainly SE and E, in places along the coast NE winds, 4-14 knots. In the North Adriatic NE and N, in places south of Istria SE winds, 4-14, at first up to 18, turning toward the end of the day to SW 4-14 knots. Sea 2-3, along the coast, till the end of the day in the open of the North and Central Adriatic 1-2. Variably cloudy with a little rain in places.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
Light to moderate SE and E, in the North Adriatic S and SW winds. Sea smooth, only in the open of the South Adriatic up to slight. Variably cloudy with a little rain in places. A risk of mist in places.
