STILL A RISK OF FOG PATCHES IN THE NORTH ADRIATIC AT FIRST, REDUCING VISIBILITY IN PLACES TO LESS THAN 200 METERES, MAINLY IN THE OPEN SEA. A RISK OF GUSTS OF NE and N WINDS DURING THE NIGHT, REACHING 35-50 KNOTS. A LITTLE RISK OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS IN THE OPEN SEA.
SYNOPSIS
The ridge of high pressure is extending from the northwest toward the Adriatic, while a frontal system will be shifting north of the Adriatic.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
NW, along the coast at first still NE winds, 6-16 knots. Sea increasing to 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places around 4 km due to mist, in the North Adriatic at first possibly less than 200 meters due to fog, mainly in the open sea. Variably cloudy with a risk of a little rain or a shower with thunder, mainly in the open sea.

Moderate NW winds turning to NE and N, and strengthening to moderate to strong. but easing in the North Adriatic in the second part of the night to light to moderate. Sea smooth or slight, in the open of the Central and South Adriatic from the middle of the night up to moderate. Variably cloudy with a risk of a little rain or a shower with thunder, mainly in the open sea.
