The ridge of high pressure is extending from the northwest toward the Adriatic, while the low is deepening over the Ionian Sea and shifting eastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NE winds 15-25, easing in the afternoon in the North and Central Adriatic and turning to NW 8-16 knots. Sea 3-4, gradually calming in the afternoon. Visibility above 20 km. Mostly clear, but in the North Adriatic variably cloudy in the first part of the day. No significant change in air temperatures.
