SYNOPSIS

The weakened frontal disturbance is approaching the Adriatic from the north. A new shallow low is expected to generate over the central Mediterranean tomorrow.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW, along the coast this morning still NE winds, 6-16, turning in the evening to SW, along the coast to SE and E, and strengthening in places up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3, in the extreme south of the Adriatic at first still 3-4. Visibility 20 km. Variably cloudy with a risk of a little rain or brief isolated rain showers.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Moderate, only in places up to fresh SW, along the coast SE and E winds, turning again in the North Adriatic before the morning to NW. Sea slight. A new heavier cloud increase with rain and with a risk of isolated rain showers with thunder in the second part of the night.
