SYNOPSIS

In the deep trough approaching from the northwest, the low is expected to deepen over the Tyrrhenian and Ionian Sea.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE and SW winds 6-16, turning in the North Adriatic during the forenoon, in the Central around midday, and in the South Adriatic in the afternoon, to NE and N and strengthening to 10-20, in places of the Central and South Adriatic up to 26 knots. Sea 2-3, increasing in the open of the Central and South Adriatic to 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably and mainly cloudy with rain in places.
