The field of low pressure is deepening over the central Mediterranean and the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE and SW winds 12-24, in the North, then in a part of the Central Adriatic NE 16-26, in the Velebit Channel up to 32 knots. Sea 3-4, toward the open of the North Adriatic increasing to 4-5. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder. In the North Adriatic along the coast a risk of snow.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Moderate to strong NE, in the Velebit Channel up to near gale force, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic moderate to strong SE and SW winds. Sea slight and moderate, toward the open of the North Adriatic possibly up to rough. Variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly in the South and Central Adriatic.
