SYNOPSIS

The low centred south of the Ionian Sea is shifting eastwards, while a ridge of high pressure is extending from the north toward the Adriatic.

NE, toward the open of the Central and South Adriatic N and NW winds, 15-25, in the Velebit Channel and in the extreme south of the Adriatic NE 25-35 knots, easing in the afternoon. Sea 2-3, in the Velebit Channel and in the open 3-4. Visibility above 20 km. Mostly clear.

Mostly clear. Moderate to strong NE winds easing in the second part of the night, except in the extreme south. Sea smooth or slight, toward the open of the South Adriatic up to moderate.
