TOWARD THE END OF THE DAY AND DURING THE NIGHT A RISK OF GUSTS OF SE and SW WINDS 35-45 KNOTS. SEA LOCALLY FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT 4-5. A RISK OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS LATE IN THE NIGHT.
SYNOPSIS
The trough with frontal disturbance is approaching the Adriatic from the northwest.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
SE, in the northern part SW winds, 6-16, strengthening to 10-20, toward the end of the day and during the night to 12-24 knots, firstly in the northern part. Sea increasing to 2-3, during the night to 3-4. Visibility 10-20, in places in the morning around 4 km due to mist. Variably cloudy with rain in the North, toward the end of the day and during the night in the rest of the Adriatic as well.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
Moderate to strong, only in places up to near gale force SE and SW winds. Sea slight and moderate, in the second part of the night up to rough, mainly toward the open. Mainly cloudy with rain, from the middle of the night with a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder, mianly in the northern part of the Adriatic.
