NE and NW winds 8-18, in places up to 22, in the evening and during the night strengthening to 14-28 knots. Sea 2-3, in the open 3-4. West of Istria variable winds 5-10 knots and sea 1-2. Visibility above 20 km. Fair or mainly cloudy.
