IN THE CENTRAL AND SOUTH ADRIATIC LOCAL GUSTS OF SE WINDS 35-45, EASING DURING THE DAY TO 40 KNOTS. A RISK OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS IN THE NORTH, IN THE EVENING AND DURING THE NIGHT IN THE REST OF THE ADRIATIC AS WELL.

The trough with frontal system is slowly shifting across the Adriatic eastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic SE and SW winds 10-20, easing to 5-15 knots. In the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic SE winds 14-28, easing during the day to 12-24 knots. Sea 2-3, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic 3-4. Visibility 10-20, in places around 4 km due to mist. Mainly cloudy and rather warm with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder in the North, in the evening in the Central Adriatic as well.

In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic light to moderate SE and SW winds. In the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic SE winds moderate to strong in places. Sea smooth or slight, in the South Adriatic up to moderate. Variably and mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder in the Central and South Adriatic.
