The ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic from the northwest, while moist and unstable air is still circulating in high levels.

Along the coast NE winds 6-14, in the Velebit Channel up to 20 knots, easing later on. Toward the open sea during the day NW winds 8-16 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 15-25 km. Variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly in the Central Adriatic.
