The ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic from the north, while moist and unstable air is still circulating in high levels.

NW winds 6-16, along the coast during the night NE, 4-14, in the Velebit Channel up to 18 knots. Sea 1-2, in the open up to 3. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy in places with a risk of rain or isolated rain showers and thunder, particularly along the coast in the afternoon and in the South Adriatic during the night.

Light to moderate NE and NW, in the Velebit Channel during the night and in the morning up to fresh NE winds. In the extreme south of the Adriatic in the morning light to moderate S and SW winds. Sea smooth, in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic possibly up to slight. Mostly clear, but in the South Adriatic variably cloudy with scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder.
