IN THE VELEBIT CHANNEL, DURING THE NIGHT IN THE EXTREME SOUTH OF THE ADRIATIC, LOCAL GUSTS OF NE WINDS 35-40 KNOTS. ALONG THE COAST OF THE SOUTH ADRIATIC A RISK OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS AT FIRST.

The trough with frontal system is shifting further eastwards, while the field of high pressure is intensifying over the Adriatic.

NW winds 10-20, easing in the evening to 6-16 and turning to NE, strengthening in the extreme south of the Adriatic up to 22 knots. In the Velebit Channel NE winds 12-24 knots. Sea 2-3, locally up to 4. Visibility above 20 km. Mostly clear, but in places fair. Along the coast of the South Adriatic still a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder at first.

Light to moderate, in the Velebit Channel and in the extreme south of the Adriatic up to fresh NE winds, easing toward midday. Sea smooth, in the open and in the Velebit Channel up to slight. Mostly clear.
