IN THE VELEBIT CHANNEL LOCAL GUSTS OF NE WINDS 35-45 KNOTS. LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS IN THE EXTREME NORTH OF THE ADRIATIC.

The trough with weakened cold front is slowly shifting north of the Adriatic eastwards.

In the North Adriatic NE winds 6-14, in the Velebit Channel up to 24 knots, easing later on. Elsewhere NW winds 6-14 knots. Sea 1-2, in the Velebit Channel 3-4. Visibility 15-25 km. In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic variably cloudy, elsewhere fine of fair. Isolated rain showers with thunder in the extreme north of the Adriatic.

In the North and along the coast of the rest of the Adriatic light to moderate, in the Velebit Channel up to strong NE winds. Elswhere light, toward the open sea of the South Adriatic up to moderate NW winds. Sea smooth or slight. Mostly clear, only in the North Adriatic still variably cloudy.
