IN THE NORTH ADRIATIC FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND IN A PART OF THE CENTRAL BEFORE THE MORNING, GUSTS OF NE WINDS 35-60, IN THE VELEBIT CHANNEL UP TO 75 KNOTS. A RISK OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS, FROM MIDDAY EVEN HEAVIER. SEA IN THE NORTH ADRIATIC LOCALLY 4-5 TOMORROW.

The deep trough with frontal system is approaching the Adriatic from the northwest, and it is expected to deepen and to shift across the Adriatic during the night.

SE winds strengthening to 10-20, in places up to 24, turning in the North Adriatic toward the end of the day and in the greater part of the Central later on, to NW 12-28 knots. In the South Adriatic during the night SE winds strengthening to 14-28 knots. Sea 2-3, increasing to 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with scattered rain and with a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder, but from midday heavier cloud increase with rain, heavier rain showers with thunder, firstly in the northern part of the Adriatic.

Overcast with rain and heavier rain showers with thunder. In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic moderate, in places up to strong NW, turning in the North Adriatic from the middle of the night and in a part of the Central before the morning, to NE winds, strengthening rapidly to strong, in places up to near gale force, and in the Velebit Channel up to gale force. In the South, at first in a part of the Central Adriatic, up to strong SE winds. Sea slight and moderate, in the North Adriatic tomorrow before the morning possibily up to rough.
