The ridge of high pressure is still intensifying toward the Adriatic from the north, but a new trough with frontal system is approaching from the northwest.

NE winds 6-16 knots, easing gradually and turning to NW. In the evening and durning the night calm or SE winds 4-12 knots. Sea 2-3, locally in the open 3-4, calming gradually later on. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear.

SE winds strengthening gradually to moderate, in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic up to fresh. Sea increasing firstly in the North Adriatic to slight. Mostly clear, but gradual cloud increase is expected in the North Adriatic, bringing possibly a little rain in places toward midday.
