The trough with frontal disturbance will be shifting across the Adriatic southeastwards and the ridge of high pressure will intensify from the west later on.

SE, in the North Adriatic SW winds, 10-20, easing gradually in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic to 6-16 knots and turning to NW. Sea 2-3, in the open of the South Adriatic possibly 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with scattered rain and with a risk of isolated rain showers with thunder.

NW winds will turn along the coast to light to moderate NE, in the Velebit Channel up to fresh. In the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic moderate to fresh SE winds will ease gradually in the second part of the night and turn to light to moderate NW and NE. Sea smooth or slight, only in the open of the South Adriatic possibly up to moderate. Variably cloudy with scattered rain and with a risk of isolated rain showers with thunder, while gradual clearing is expected in the northern part of the Adriatic.
