The ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic from the north, while the shallow low will be shifting from the Ligurian toward the Tyrrhenian Sea.

SE and E winds 4-14, turning in the North Adriatic to NE and strengthening to 14-28, in the Velebit Channel up to 34 knots. During the night SE winds will turn in the northern part of the Central Adriatic to NE 10-20 knots. Sea 2-3, in the north of the Adriatic increasing to 3-4. Visibility 10-20, in the south of the Adriatic possibly 2-4 km due to mist. In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic cloudy with rain, elsewhere fine or fair.
