The low over the Tyrrhenian Sea is extending e deep trough with frontal disturbance towarad the Adriatic, where a low is expected to generate.

SE winds 22-44 knots. In the northern part of the North Adriatic and in the Velebit Channel NE and E winds 12-24, in places up to 32, turning in the evening to SE 16-32, briefly up to 38 knots, then easing in the northern part of the North Adriatic and turning in places to SW and NW 10-20 knots. Sea 4-5, increasing locally up to 6, mainly toward the open. Visibility 4-10, in places with rain reduced to less than 1 km. Mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, in places abundant.

Strong and gale force, in places during the night up to strong gale force SE winds. In the northern part of the North Adriatic winds will ease gradually and turn to moderate to fresh SW and NW winds.
