The broad trough is slowly shifting across the Mediterranean and the low is shifting from the Tyrrhenian Sea across the Adriatic.

SE winds 24-44 knots, easing gradually from midday and turning till the end of the day to SW, firstly in the North, then in the Central Adriatic. Sea 4-5, locally in the open up to 6, calming gradually in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic in the second part of the day to 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with a risk of scattered rain, in the second part of the day cloud increase with rain, showers and thunder, firstly in the North, then in a part of the Central Adriatic.

Moderate, in places up to fresh SW and W winds, in a part of the Central and in the South Adriatic strong and near gale force SE winds, easing and turning to SW. Sea 3-4, in a part of the Central and in the South Adriatic 4-5, calming gradually to 3-4. Mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly in the Central, during the night in the South but clearing in the North Adriatic.
