The ridge of high pressure has intensified over the Adriatic from the north, but a new trough with frontal system is approaching rapidly from the west.

SE winds strengthening to 10-20, toward the open sea 14-24 knots. In the extreme north of the Adriatic in the afternoon NE winds 6-12 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 15-25 km. Gradual cloud increase, bringing rain, then showers and thunder, in places of the North Adriatic in the evening.

Variably or mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder. Moderate to strong SE winds, easing in the North Adriatic in the morning and turning to SW. Sea smooth or slight, toward the open up to moderate. Warmer.
