SEA INCREASING LOCALLY IN THE AFTERNOON AND IN THE EVENING TO 5, IN THE OPEN DURING THE NIGHT UP TO 6. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS, MAINLY IN THE NORTH ADRIATIC IN THE AFTERNOON AND IN THE REST OF THE ADRIATIC DURING THE NIGHT.

The deep trough with frontal system is approaching the Adriatic from the northwest and the low over the Ligurian Sea is expected to deepen.

Mainly NW and SW winds 6-14, turning during the forenoon to SE and strengthening rapidly to 16-36 knots and turning again in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic in the evening to NW. Sea 2-3, increasing in the afternoon to 4-5. Visibility 10-20 km. Mainly cloudy with rain in places, in the North Adriatic in the afternoon with isolated rain showers and thunder.

Strong and gale force SE, in the North and in a part of the Central, then gradually in the rest of the Adriatic, strong and gale force NW winds. Sea moderate and rough, locally in the open increasing up to very rough. Overcast with rain, showers and thunder.
