A very deep field of low pressure over the Adriatic is filling up.

In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic NW winds 6-16, in the open sea south of Istria up to 22 knots. In the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic NW winds 10-20, in the open sea up to 26, and in the open of the South Adriatic up to 34 knots. Sea 3-4, in the open of the South Adriatic 4-5, and in the extreme south of the Adriatic increasing up to 6. Visibility 20 km. Variably cloudy, in the South and in the open sea of the Central Adriatic with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder.

In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic light to moderate NW winds, locally in the open up to fresh. In the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic NW winds up to strong, in the open of the South Adriatic up to near gale force. Sea slight, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic up to moderate, in the open of the South Adriatic rough, and in the extreme south up to very rough. Variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers, mainly in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic.
